Shaded black against the stars shining white
disguised as living
breath of the giving

Harsh is the coldness brought forth by the Night
with its wounds binding
its pain so finding

Hanging tough, limb from limb, her Tree of Woe's
thoughts neverending
always defending

Deep rooted are these aches of such sorrows
victory the spoils
bathed so in their soils

But what if Day breaks surrounding her soul
will she soon forget
only she will know

barrier of my mind,
enter my soul,
feel my desire,
let my eyes guide you
into the shadows
