it sure seems the days go faster each year,
or is it that I slow down in my mind.
time's gone and it won't come back so I hear,
no person who sells me time will I find.

am I such a fool for wanting so much?
some people don't know what to do at all
it sure has nothing to do being Dutch,
with all my 'doings' I just have a ball.

a waste of time all that sleeping through night,
my body however will disagree.
my mind and body are always in fight,
some days I'll win, but she often beats me.

so I am struggling with time through the day,
deviding the time in my selfish way.

You're not a fool--everyone needs time to themselves. Nicely done.

Hello there, don't think please that I'm depressed or so, I'm not, quite the opposite.

Reading it again, I can imagine you think I might be. I just wanted to express that there are so many things I like to do, but time is limited to 24 hours a day LOL.

I breed sheep, I'm making my own website, I make clubmagazines for different clubs, I have a fulltime job, we are building a guesthouse, our shower in the main house is leaking terrible, cutting wood for the stoves, attending my garden, I like to fish, making pics of my surroundings, inspecting sheep throughout the country, taking over the pedigree-administration of my sheepclub, like to read books, collecting antique children's schoolbooks(with the beautiful pictures), and then there's my hubby who sometimes ask me if I do remember him Ha Ha, and my children who are constantly moving, asking me to do the painting and sow curtains, and some more things I'm sure forgetting now.

No, I'm not depressed, just want to borrow all the time I can lay my hands on.

no what you mean i'd rather have loads of things to do and keep busy than to never do anything at all. In saying that tho theres never enough hours in the days or days in the weeks but i'm sure you'll fit everything in and more

Write what you feel, feel what you wrtie.
