She captured him with her Mona Lisa smile

and her Fresco creamy skin

he slipped upon the grape of her beauty

drowning within her amber eyes

garnet lips kissed blue opals in his

upon the easel of seduction

lost within sweet vineyards

of her elderberry hair

a replicate masterpiece

but none can compare

in moonlight galleries of his heart

It was quite an 'exhibit', if you'll forgive the lame stupid pun.

It's the careful tending to the vineyards
that makes for a fine wine.
To me that is love in the making.
You always write so nice Victoria~

Victoria, please foregive the oversight!  I read this, thought i replied, but apparently this was a neglection!  Unforgiveable since this is one of the most charming and
well constructed heartstories you have written, IMHO, of course.

Your style is honed to a beautiful softness,
and it is an honor to witness it.
