To Eden(inspired by doreen peri's poem, "Eden")

"Now the LORD God had planted a garden in the east,
in Eden; and there he put the man he had formed."
NIV Genesis 2:8

Eden is alive
here on earth
inside the wide
space of eternity
in the hearts of a few spirits
with clear vision
as the spirit of man
attracts and repels other spirits
for power as he searches to conquer
God's Kingdom
by establishing new kingdoms of his own.

Many spirits kill and maim and destroy
in the name of God
as they plunder and rape
loving souls searching for a True Home with God.
as God cries and calls His children home.

But little kings are boarding windows
Speaking illusions and lies of dogma and doctrine
luring innocent Children of God
into darkness
by rewritting scripture to show
blurred directions.

But the Spirit of God continues
to light His Garden
through a few faithful souls he calls
directly to His Throne
nourished by The Holy Spirit
taught to clarify and guide them
to have pure loving hearts
and come yearningly
into the eternal arms
of Love
in ecstasy
and eternal
joy.

And I Adam
welcome the return of Eve.

I am simply the caretaker of
God's shining sparkling precious jewel
He created to adorn His Throne.

To Eden.

Newell darling boy, holder of dreams and keeper of HIS sacred song YOU have a written wonderful illuminating and glorious pieces before I know I’ve read them and they shine with a clear and loving light. This however is incandescent it truly illuminates the soul with hope and joy.

You know I love this don’t you? Of course you do now go and write something I can keep up with. This is beauty too rich and fair for everyday use

Love and warm stuff

you are a silver streak,
the peak of a peek of romantic breeze,
the oblique sweet surrender of truth
on the sleek softened ruse of amuse
while the levels of meaning
can't pass superceding the beautty of gardens --
hardened by jaded
true hearts which have faded
inside and behind the parlay,
there's eden
and bleeding
and purity
printed
on the way
to a silver streak
in the sky and
i for one
will ride the try

gardens bloom
with truth

this verse you own
and i claim it
name it
mine

shown like a sky complete
with reign, the silver of your streak again,
the virtue of your ink,. your pen,
the whole of pure endurance when
the world looks bleak and none can speak
you say it all,
the fall
return,
the eden
now
begins

your turn

Very beautiful, Newell...I always thought that if I had a daughter, I would name her Eden....but, unfortunately, I never had a daughter, and so I never named her Eden.
Well done!

Thank you, doreen, my dear wonderful poetess friend. You have wonderfully matched my  mischieveousness with true poetic wealth. Your brilliantly written jewelled gift to me is an extremely well crafted response firing blazing rays of sunshine into my heart. All of the angels in heaven are singing as we imbibe Eden's finest wine.
