She bathes in beads of English lavender
her mind is seduced by another time
bubbles caressing here and there
like a liaison . . . a bubbly affair

Her Venus razor glides over her leg
raspberry gel with memories gone
smooth slippery memories
dancing in her mind like a fawn

Each yearning wish, Pop, Pop, Pop
like scented steam escaping away
dissipating into lavender air
like teardrops in café au lait
teardrops instead of bubbles
in lavender steam of yesterday

You can complain because roses have thorns, or you can rejoice because thorns have roses.

I really like this one, Victoria, lavender is said to be very relaxing and I have a ton of it in everything.
