Oh how the time will pass in hours before you.
I can't sleep for thinking of your voice
and dreams of you aren't enough to suffice for this ache.
This is for you because I am roaming
and my feet are tired
and this is a request for you to pick me up
and carry me for a little while.
I'll feel my body bend to the strong of your hands
and weep no more while your heart holds me.
Do think of me now and then, My Love
because once in the while I still dream of other voices
those haunting nevers that cease to torment
my submissive memory world.
All the what if's are hitting me a force I cannot sail smoothly against.
I feel not just mere storms coming on
but feel monsters of rage kicking waves in my face
and I am blinded by the salt of tears
pooling in my eyes
reddening them.
The mast of peace has been conquered tonight by those bullying hurricanes of heart that misses the mate to its soul.
Shhh..
I'm roaming now into your room
and curling atop you for comfort
listening to the soft low snore of deep sleep
chasing all my bad thoughts away while I share your pillow.
Can you feel me dusting your dreams?
If I am to dronw, my love,
then give me your hand
and pull me into more familiar waters
so that I may be buried in the grave of your passion
not in the liquid salt of doubt.

For all who watch.Dare you say hello? Come in and ask the questions that are on your mind, but spare me your judgement until you truly sipped of me.

You ramble well at 4:30 in the morning, and I loved the idea of dusting his dreams, neat line Jenn.

"salt of doubt" is a wonderful phrase, I enjoyed the entire piece.

These don't seem too mindless to me, they seem very well thought.

Thank you.

I especially enjoyed these lines, very poetic, and wonderful images! Nicely done!
