Just numbers.
If you are into numbers,
Saturday is 2.02.2002.
Any special significance to you?
Are the planets aligned differently?
Is it a day for worry?
A day for play?
Or just another day?
If you are into numbers,
What does this day mean to you?
2.02.2002.
Just numbers,
Having some fun.

Midnitesun,
And those planets and tomorrow affect me how? Figures you would notice that. LOL You don't get out much up there do you? Any camel rides lately? HUH?

LOL, no, not since someone took my magic wand that I dropped while on a magic carpet ride. Actually, it was triggered by remembering a lady I met at the auto repair shop, who said she doesn't even get out of bed on any Friday the 13th, or on any dates where numbers are all lined up. I found that to be a very peculiar way to approach life.

Noah, it barely qualifies as a free verse, yet it does have a certain flow of an idea. Thanks, sweetie. Actually, numbers and I have very little to say to one another. Just ask my checkbook.

Very good observation, Kacy...
Aren't numbers and dates fascinating?
I remember hearing on the car radio one time from the announcer...and this is the truth...that it was now 12345678.  It was January 23 (123) 4:56 in the afternoon (456)
1978 (78) therefore, at that exact moment it was 12345678.
Cute poem!

Lyra, you are an encyclopedia! And I love that counter. Thanks for the fun info. Too bad I can't be here for 3.03.3003. Oh well.

Midnitesun... This is a cute little number. Actually, 02.02.2002 does hold special significance for me... my niece/nephew is due today! I can't wait! Thanks for sharing.

WOW, Bec! Congrats! Enjoy the day, either way. And please give the new baby an extra hug from me.

I like number games like that and what Madame Chipmunk shared.

Like 11, 69, 96, 1111, 1691 and 1961 are the only years that are the same when read upside down until the year 6009.

Funny, because I love numbers, I play with them in my head all the time.
As for Saturday and it's date...I'll just say I wish I had slept through it.

Interloper, interesting numbers. I've always been into texture, color, and scent, but never much for numbers. (LOL, Just ask the IRS.)

Duncan, was there trouble in paradise that day? Is all OK now? Guess the next date might be 2.20.2002? It's on a Wed. Wonder what we will all be doing in the future, 2.04.2004...hopefully we will all be.
