Wallowing In Shangri-La

Under flowering willows kissed in jasmine icicles
Like a cherry blossom fashioning for springs attire
Under balmy spring bluebell skies your perfume tickles
As I roll in shalloon meadows of timeless desire

Allured to your somnifacient sighs in glee
You are my heart’s sweet song sparrow
Basking in the sunlight of your sweet swannery
Windswept to your sweet symphony in soprano

Following your path of flowers to your dreams
Seeing you lie in a bed of silk white
Covered in rosepetals, shaded in tiger lilies
Kissing your warm lips in the sunshine

Under these cherry blossom skies we’ll run and be married
Carrying you in my arms, two hearts beating to one sonata
Laying you down on the emerald grass, kissing you happily
Lying in our loves meadow, wallowing in Shangri-la
