My eyes see your beauty,
in the surf, as you play…
Waves caressing, a sight,
not to be seen everyday…

Fragile you seem to me,
couldn’t help but stare…
Many delicate features,
of this I’m aware…

I see eyes of softness,
a maiden gentle, most fair…
All on the outside I notice,
within also, I’m aware…

Tenderness what I suspect,
but the pain comes through…
I’ll make it disappear each day,
until you can bid it adieu…
