In a certain spring in a frigid valley hill,
Where the children play in ways yet so merry still,
Water cascades on rocks and ragged upland sides,
Blue azure splashes drop; damp matted hair collides.
Tears from joy in the frigid highland fountain merge,
Shafts of daylight through the trees a pool a-lighted purge.
Whilst the little tikes like little sprites with their noses,
Bend their knees as they please to stop 'n smell the roses.

*sigh* you painted a vision for me in which tiny fairies were watching human children at play in a pool of water set in a scene surrounded by trees that echoed with the joyful laughter of their play....Stunning...simply stunning. This poem is a keeper for me. Thank you. **big hugs**

Love I leave with you whether it is in your life now or yet the essense of your dreams.

Streen,
beautifully done although...
when they stopped to smell the roses
would they have froze their tiny noses?
