In Your Poetic Mind

0 posted 2002-01-25 01:51 PM

My mind wonders
through midnight’s hue,
In shades of red

A silent heart
inside the tower

Remember how
We climbed
across narrow
Darkness?
In a shadow of years
Down gravel lanes,

Of nights dancing
In natures meadow
Floating sky bound
With naked clouds

Emerald tranquility
Spilling from laughter
As innocence smiled
Across your lips

I sit in winter's cold
Softness
Reflecting falling rain
Again, I remain alone

Love and time
Become my poem

Could heaven
still love the

Fallen angel

~~~~~
Thoughts slide out of hiding and cling to anything I put in front of them. Words bead up like dew and in a moment, will be accessible to you.
(sigh) Oh Lauren, this feels so sad, yet sooooooo beautiful! (big hugggssssss) He will always be there to mend the wings of fallen angels and have them soar again with love and hope, may His hands reach to you always and have you embrace rapture and innocent laughter forever! (kiss on cheek) We all love you so much, sweet friend, this is wonderful! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Lauren, thank you for sharing!
May love and light always shine upon you!
Love,
"Floating sky bound
With naked clouds" I love your lines here, I am thinking this to be bittersweet. A little sad yet you still have wonderful memories, and perhaps there is hope. I liked this. floria
Greeneyes,
I believe heaven loves the fallen angel more than any other, this is a sweet and sad poem.
JM took my favorite lines as well, and when they do become poems I am excited to read them for your words strung are like a song most often.  Beautifully poignant Laura.
I am kinda in a bad place right now, not really bad....more like a gray area, of life....so my words are stemming from that...i assure you time will pass, and time will heal....and I am so thankful for all the responses and kind comments....I felt writing and responding to poems would be more helpful then just leaving.....my time is sometimes limited....but I do appreciate you taking your time to read.....
Peace to all....
