I Felt You You brushed my heart today Tenderly! As the gentle breezes suspended my soul Standing on the mountain high nothing below but empty air Alone with the exhilaration and the sharpness of the frigid air Only one breath naught to do but sigh, And then I felt you Again! Feelings they flowed Remembered then that day you smiled, just for me That day your love was known to me And I was born To love! EagleOne, sometimes just the way the wind blows or the light hits the water and you can "feel" that love. It doesn't take much, but is just the right thing at the right time. Hang on to it, dear poet. This is beautiful, ME |
