There is something else for all to do
a final solution to escape the gruesome flu,
Looking for something outside the common
physical activity I forgot to mention
exercise to ease our daily tensions
Disappointed?,I cannot give eternal youth.
I have though spelled out wholesome recipes
that you can add to your physical routine.
There is an additional golden key
life under low oxygen tension;
some peoples living at high altitude
ripen through to their old age gracefully.
In mountainous regions in Chile, Azerbaijan and elsewhere,
the mixture of thin air, healthy local diet and physical activity
leads to many years of productive proclivity.
So pack up your bags and to the mountaintops
you go,
dance among those that live to 120 with
a youthful glow.

Hey Stevie,

Great poem, Martin...and now I feel guilty because I didn't walk on my treadmill today!

It's never enough, your words to hear.
Daily tensions, activity, thrives.
Solutions too few, too many to do
To exercise, I tend to drive...

Disappointed, you'll never find.
Eternal youth I have inside.
Some days it shows upon my face.
But mostly in my heart, resides.

Enjoying words that pens from thoughts,
that keeps your mind in overflow.
The mixture, aired of grace shall pack
into my bags prepared to go...

To mountaintops and oceans wide,
to climb or sail tranquility.
It's time I say goodnight, sleep tight
and end this now, eternally.

*s  still enjoying

in your heart of hearts
where youthful enthusiasm would reside
a cake of makeup cannot hide
