Conundrum

In weary slouch and teary sigh
I sit my couch with bleary eye
And pray to moments passing through
What in the world am I to do?

A thousand mile away she stir
A distant Isle, in distant blur
That holds my world in hypnotize
A butterfly would proselytize.

She lives within a foreign core
A prisoner of a bond of law
Playing a ghost in severance
Within a gardens reverence

Whispering within the breeze
Vicarious in subtle tease
Weaving webs of ecstasy
Threads of love and fantasy

A butterfly of waltz and hue
A conundrum of false and true

"playing a ghost"....some say my home is haunted...I am beginning to believe it is so. *s
Distance whether close or not is still too far away for me.
I always love to read you in the morning *s

Dry thy eye ... please don't cry
hear the sigh of not so distant butterfly.
Question not the rue of false or true ...
view instead love's hue hidden inside of you.

It matters not the distance in-between
one can still touch serene and not be seen.
One only need believe for the dream to begin
its been said before ... and shall be said again ...

You are there ... yet here with me
to fly free ... we need only to just be.

JM,
Who can resist the wiles of thee. I am hopelessly lost in your fantasy. I don't think I could find my way back even if I tried. Winkiewinkie Randy Stinky

Slick,
That would be nice. Thank you.

JM,
Thanks for the push. Tomorrow I'll put up the clear of mist, it's similar to this poem but a litle different. But then again you know how I feel about butterflies. WW R S

but you write your heart with so much style

Have fun on your cruise!
