Which day, when, when will it be?
Will it be a moment after tomorrow?
A night after just one more yesterday?
Which day?

I count the waning stars, adding them.
Too many to comprehend, how many?
I count the beats of my heart, within.
The skips adding to soulful thumps.

Soon?  How soon is soon I simply say?
Is soon right around the corner of dreams.
Will soon tap me on the shoulder softly.
Or...will it hit me from behind mightily?

The sun sets each night before moon rise.
I have counted those rendezvous, each one.
The silence of their meeting, reminding me.
That each rise, each sigh, endlessly do fall.

Listen to the soul of my heart call weak.
Listen to the sound of my mind’s ache.
Hear total silence of my heart chambers
Hear the fall of   the feather of my pen.

I write in vain to find the answer of soon.
My depth of yearning wanes as I wait.
My pen captured by the thought of soon,
dries, the paper becoming now blank.

Magnus

this piece truely sums up what i am going through right now. Anyone who has read my poems knows that I am emotionally not sound right now and all my worries have taken form in your words. Thank you for the therapy.

Mushy...Psssst!...My next one is better...

Brian...thanx...I do have fun sometimes..
Even deep emotional writing can be fun..

Oz...thank you, nice meeting you...Remember
this...you cannot realistically keep all
parts of your life under control...But you
surely can write down the feelings...That
is great therapy..

Emily...very true...not one poem is ever
for naught...not one..Thanx..
