Moon Pull

every moment
of my wake
I feel the tug
of you in ache
a splashing so much
like the tide
waves hit strong
then subside
I am the heat
of burning sand
in need of cool
when water caresses land
romantic dance
of tide and moon
a gentle taste
from lover's spoon
salt from lips
now taste sweet
a lunar cycle
now complete
passions grow
beneath moon full
and yes
I feel your pull

Wonderful poem. I’ve felt this myself, but never been able to express it properly, I think you have done so here.
