Spring

"He is like a well-watered plant in the sunshine, spreading its shoots over the garden;" NIV Job 8:16

You wrote a poem
When I was blue.
Some yellow sunshine
To me, from you.

So, now I'm glowing
For I have seen.
My blue, your yellow
Turn into green,

Painting a new spring.

Newell, this is perfection in poetry. I love every word and the entire concept of your blue and God's yellow making green. Very creative, sir. Cheryl

Goes to show a little bit of kindness and understanding goes a long way.

Loved the sentiment.

I for one, am ready for spring
but I guess, just like everyone else
I;'ll just have to wait for it!

Enjoyed thinking about it for a few moments though

Thank you, Kay. We are now having spring in Silver Springs. It was 73 and birds were singing like I've never heard them sing before, inspiring this little poem. Thanks for reading.
