Could I write a sonnet showing your depth?
A picture of the morning rising soft
Loveliness in height and length and breadth
And giving me wingspans to soar aloft

If I could write a sonnet to your love
To feel the oceans roar within your touch
And soar on winds of loving lift above
You all my deepest thoughts enrich so much

And could the jewels you show be seen in write
As ever mindful of your wondrous sheen
I write love sonnets deep in to the night
Yet I can't find the words to say and mean

Should I write a sonnet that glows in grace?
No it's enough to see your lovely face

Here in the midst of my lonely abyss, a single joy I find...your presence in my mind.  Unknown

Ok, which one of you is going to
take the long distance flight to have lunch
and shopping?   I think it's wonderful
to read of such a great friendship
formed over the airwaves. That's
what makes the Internet something
special.  I enjoyed this read, Kethry,
write on..........

A beautifully written sonnet, Keth...
Its so hard to believe that you and Marsha have never met in person.
You have an enviable friendship.

I think Marsha would rather see a poem by you than anything else on her birthday...

and you did her right proud...
