My dreams have been filled with such thoughts.
Of flashbacks and pain that the past has brought.
I thought I was doing so well.
And beginning to put behind me this hell.
I see it clearly in my mind each night.
Of all the terror and all the fright.
Of all the men who hurt me so.
From child to woman not knowing where to go.
My breathing so ragged it scares me to death.
Trying as hard as I can to take a breath.
Screaming out into the night.
Searching and searching for a little light.
I feel like a child all over again.
Tell me please when will this all end?
For I'm getting to tired to fight.
And slowly but surely I'm losing sight.
It's been thirteen years since this happened to me.
So please, please set me free.
Let my dreams be sweet and happy.
Let my heart be completly sappy.

I understand your life....I have been there
myself...I know the feelings...the guilt..
I had my own list of whys....

You didn't ask for it.
You didn't cause it.
You did nothing wrong..

They didn't see you,  the beautiful and
precious girl.  They only saw their self
gratification...

Forgive yourself...for you are a brave young
woman...You deserve the freedom to live your
life and go on,  be brave...but always be
careful...

I hope that your days are brighter
That your nights are filled with peace.
That your heart once again fills love
