The Treasures Are Rare Both of us remembering How friendship started Recollecting memories Was fun and lighthearted Upon heart’s we signed A friendship guarantee Encouraging each other Was accepted gratefully Understanding the need Heart’s radiating shine Dreams and inspiration Glowing alongside mine We reach out and share Going the extra miles Special love and care Memory brought smiles Where true hearts blend The treasures are rare Sincerity of friendship When always being there Hope© 2002 |
