Crimson roses drip with velvet passion
petals drip over a chantilly moon
the shadow of a distant memory
like an unreachable hot balloon
ruby lipstick entices the shadows
eerie violins echo within naked trees
passionate wings of desperate moonlight
seduced slowly,by a velvet gloved breeze
a rapturous voice within sheets of night
dwells within driftwood of the seas
haunting shores sigh with grains of pleasure
like the final breath of a helpless leaf
falling like a lost penney to the ground
rejoicing in a smokey sienna gown

You can complain because roses have thorns, or you can rejoice because thorns have roses.

To She, who wears velvet
like a glove:

Thy words
drip of passion,
colours, ruby red.
Echoing
their lovely tune,
to drift me oft in bed.

Thank You,
for such lovely words to read,
Lady Ollyne
