I wrote this one day when trying to write a poem.I often have trouble coming up with the words I'm looking for, so this poem came about.It's simple, but I kinda liked it. Loss of Words A way with words I do not have It doesn't seem to come as naturally to me as it does to some So many words trickling from my mind like rain, yet never spilling from these lips How do I express how I feel? So many feelings flowing like wind from my heart, yet never making it to your ears. How do I express how I feel? So many thoughts twisting through me, yet never unwinding unto paper. How do I express how I feel? A way with words I do not have It doesn't seem to come as naturally to me as it does to some. How do I express how I feel?
