Come What May

Stand proudly, stand tall in the light of day
Believe in yourself and all that you seek
Face up to those fears and let come what may

Come out of the dark, the night you shall slay
Prove to all and yourself that you are not weak
Stand proudly, stand tall in the light of day

You will not back down, you won't shy away
You will stand proud and your piece you will speak
Face up to those fears and let come what may

Go forward this morn' with the prayer I pray
A prayer of courage for the small and meek
Stand proudly, stand tall in the light of day

To gain respect there is a price to pay
Oh, let down your guard, you have reached your peak
Face up to those fears and let come what may

Do not fall back, you must be here to stay
Let loose your worries, away they will leak
Stand proudly, stand tall in the light of day
Face up to those fears and let come what may

Welcome. This is a wonderfullly hopeful, a well written positive affirmation theme. Grab a cup of tea or coffee, and stick around a while. You'll find great company in this home.

Bonnie - Welcome to Passions. We all have our "fears", some us more than others, and this poem casts them aside for us to greet a new day. Great. Chris

Life is not measured by breaths you take, but by moments that take your breath away.
