Marsha’s Birthday Week

Welcome my friends to a poetic week divine
It’s Marsha’s Birthday Week of fabulous rhyme
Roll up and celebrate come one come all
See the wondrous creations in my fantasy hall
I’m gathering some entertainment there’s lots to see
Smoke, mirrors, magic, and tricks with poetry
The very best poets will be performing this week
I suggest you come early if it’s wonder you seek

Come in my friends do find a seat settle down
It’s a time to be joyful so wipe off that frown
It’s a festival of poetry wear your happy face
Come in and take shelter from the rat race
Its Marsha’s Birthday Week lets have a ball
We’ll tango in the forum Foxtrot in the hall
We can dance to the rhythm of poetic delight
It’s my Birthday wish let’s party every night

Delighted to see you welcome to this place
You look so charming wearing your happy face
Its time for a carnival come and see the show
Watch the magic poets tame and curb their flow
I’ve never seen its like this is astounding to me
This isn’t just a carnival it’s a fabulous party
Its Marsha’s Birthday Week just let yourself go
Get into the rhythm get with the flow

Marsha

Oh good gads, she's done and started without us...

Give us a hint, my darling girl
before you get your skirts in a whirl
when the dance is about to start,
pity me my pathetic heart!

For I'm the older and wiser you see
and you can't start this party
without all of me!

Marsha,

Fun and frolic rolled into one
The Birthday girl has just begun

This will be a bang up week
Not for the timid, the shy or meek

Marsha loves life, she's full of gusto
Her male admirers are full of lust tho'

She's a lovely wench from what I've heard
by way of a little Trans-Atlantic bird

The mushy love poems she likes to write
Keeps Roger dear awake all night

So celebrate Marsha, in all her glory
It's sure to be an award winning story

Cheryl

Come on up, don't be shy
Skip to the beat in heavenly delight
For this is Marsha's birthday, a day so glee
A sweet friend we all love and enjoy happily

So let's rise to this Foxtrot dance
This is a week of laughter, so rise and clap
To our sweet friend, our sweet Mushy
Happy Birthday from all your Passions friends...for this is your special week!

YAY!!! Oh my gosh, this is sooooooo beautiful, I love it, you always make us smile with your words, we all love you so much! YAY!!! HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!! (kiss on cheek) You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Marsha, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

Love,
Noah Eaton

Dear Marsha,

Cheryl darling girl thank you soooooooo much I’m loving this party and wonderful atmosphere. Keth will tell you that I simply couldn’t be content with just a single day I think in this case she might be right. I have so much to celebrate, not least being loved by my wonderful family.

Your poem is utterly utterly excellent I’m keeping it safe here in my library and in my heart thank you kisses

Foxtrot Marsha?
Isn't that showing your age just the teeniest tiniest bit? After a week of celebrations you will need to fox trot for you wont be able to walk straight.

Here in the midst of my lonely abyss, a single joy I find...your presence in my mind.  Unknown

Mushy....I apologize for missing this the
first time through....

Something special for this girl
Give her heart a tug and a whirl
Softest of whispers of joy for you
as you celebrate your day, we do too.

Thanx for the party invite....

Almost there...you're almost...as old as me.  Ah, but I would have to stop for you to catch up, and I don't plan to stop for a long, long time...

almost there...
