From a news story on the web:

http://www.dailyindependent.com/010702/news/local/local8.html

**

Bob always dreamed that someday he would be
a western cowboy riding the range
But Kentucky held him within her grasp
Could be why he went a little strange

He loved his guns, did our reckless Bob
Loved to pretend even at his age
he wanted to saddle up every day
and rob the noontime stage

Winter comes to Kentucky hard
with nothing to do, Bob improvised
little did he know that soon he’d be
up to his spurs in lies

Seems he wanted to be a gunman
facing down the sheriff in town
so he holstered up his Colt
to take that lawman down

The only competition Wild Bob could find
was the snowman his kids made for fun
He quickly paced off fifty feet of space
then turned and reached for his gun

Tonight, Wild Bob is a local legend
And this story is true (I wouldn’t lie)
When he drew Frosty, he forgot he was loaded
and Wild Bob shot himself in the thigh

ROTFLMAO! Thanks for this bit of laughter and fun. I read that news article. You did a superb job of tattling.

Hahaha, poor dear, what a shock he must have had! I love the way you put this all together! Hugs, Ellie

Good to see that he was the only one injured. Love the way you told the story, ( much better than the new article...lol)

(sigh) Oh, poor Bob! (smiles) Such a wonderfully amusing non-fiction response, sweet friend, it can be so amusing how truth can be so much more interesting and eccentric than fantasy! This is wonderful, sweet friend, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet friend, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

Love,
Noah Eaton
