Light of the moon flowing over a radiant face.
Lying peacefully in wait of a shadow’s embrace.
Breath flowing effortlessly through moistest lips.
Sleep bringing dreams as a shadow’s heart trips.

I love you, can’t your sleep allow you to hear?
I desire you, need you..must again have...my dear.
My darkened presence will your slumber grace
as lightly across curves lingering fingers trace.

A moan becomes a crescendo of softest sighs
as my gaze is cast into each of your closed eyes.
The stir of your passions shall not awaken you
while a river of love flows within hearts of two.

The set of the waning moon brings return of day.
And as a shadow departs, soft words will once say..
Awaken my love, for I must again bid you goodbye
till once again in dreams we’ll both soar the sky.

Goodnight my love...
