Peeking from horizon’s blanket
Trailing a golden hue
Setting ablaze the water’s bed
Bidding sweet night adieu
What majesty you bring to sight
Comfort of your passion
Induingpre-dawn silhouettes
As day is slowly rationed
Of all that we compare in life
You advance without peer
Greeting all in fondest embrace
Each day as you appear
You have gifted our rise with love
In beauty of your climb
And promised us this joyous sight
Until the end of time
