The world is art, this you can see, through light and rock and life and tree. We are art, for all to see, artful image you and me. Fat or short, tall or thin all the art held within. Art in air, land sea as well. And there the source of life does dwell. So all is art. Little art is valued high. so much the best is passed on by. The every day and mundane, called by some who cannot frame. The picture of the place we be. Firm in side their mediocrity. What mind is this that cannot guess all of art's preciousness! Should hold it dear, and not forget, beauty beheld in the smallest speck. It's all around us in this place. We sell some for cheap, the rest we waste. What kind of man, I do not know. Would sell his life for one Vangough? |

Woodtic, I would kill for a vangogh, well, not really. LOL, great poem here on art, which I love as I paint. floria Oh one more thing, On this sentence. "We sell some for cheap, the rest we waste" I would take out the "for" it flows better. |

Thanx I think your right about the for. Yes you might kill for the picture but would the person who had it give up their life to keep it? And if the world is art to bad more of us weren't as determined not to loose it. |
