The Shores of Alone

0 posted 2002-01-10 11:28 AM

Yesterday I breathed your air
and it shimmered silver-gold
Wrapped warm and spicy tender
as your arms did sweet enfold.

Yesterday I felt the moon
drifting beams in magic dance
Your artist hands competed
for miracles resonance.

Today the air is heavy
and the moon is dim and dark
no golden aura calls me
just monochromatic stark.

Today I still look for you
though you're nowhere to be found
heart lives mediocrity
and my spirit remains bound.

Tomorrow I will meet you
yet again, I feel it's so
till then I live without you
though my heart is crying no.

Tomorrow, may it rise up
with a beauty yet unknown
to show me endless dreaming
will not leave me all alone.

When the past and present have left us to our pain, the future and our dreams can bring comfort.  I hope yours come true.
Beautiful write, Sandra.

(sigh) Oh Sandra, this is soooooo touching, I can feel your tears now, but I know deep down in the future very soon you will find the most beautiful love and you will be embraced by its beauty and it will fill every yesterday with sweet memories! (kiss on cheek) I love it, sweet friend, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Sandra, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

Love,
Noah Eaton

At first, I thought this was a take off on the three card Tarot spread. I see the "Sun" card in your place of future. (victory over obstacles) melancholy place that you write from Sandra. Hugs.

Sandra...this does sound sad, but a little more hopeful.
Happy hugs sweet one, Nancy.

catalinamoon...the softness, the sesuality of a remembered love echoing throughout each verse. Very well-expressed.  **Ivy Rose
