“YUP - JUST ME AT THREE”

Yup, it’s just me again,
that three in the morning guy…
Still reading these poems,
can’t sleep, that’s my alibi…

Got a coffee tonight,
cup sitting on the shelf…
Poet deVine said MSN,
for those wanting to chat…

So what I think I’ll do,
is read all these wonders…
Then go chat with whomever,
especially all these writers…

Bill, lovely morning write, it had a three o'clock in the morning feel to it.

You need to do something about those late nights without sleep....mmmmmm maybe reading a boring book would help...I know reading the wonderful work here just fills me with more excitement. *big hugs** I hope you get some rest.

Love I leave with you whether it is in your life now or yet the essense of your dreams.

What is this thing everyone is talking about? Sleep? That's something I do once or twice a week.

It's 3 p.m. and reading your 3 a.m. delight makes me sleepy, lol.. Think I'll just go pour a fresh carrot juice and relax. Thanks for sharing.

Bill darling boy I said I'd be back here's another sleepy verse for you. At this rate you'll have a whole sleepy poem soon

Are you worth it? Mmmmm of course you are

Maybe it will work, who knows my poetry puts loads to sleep

Go to sleep my poet friend lie down on your bed
Lay down under your covers rest your weary head
Your eyes are feeling droopy you want to go to sleep
Dreamland is calling, offering promises you can keep
Wander in the twilight speak with your spirit guide
Take yourself to somewhere where no secrets hide
Slip into sleep let it cradle you in all night long
Yield to the dark there inside my lullaby’s song

Love and warm stuff
As always
Mushy

I also like to read late.  I think it is more peaceful, no stresses of many people throughout the day.  I seem to feel more relaxed at night.  Another great one from you Bill, I love all of your late night poems, they are such a pleasure to read.  Thanks for sharing!

Know the feeling of this poem, well.
