Tread Softly

Whisper tender thoughts in my ear
that tell me how you feel
Hold me close in your arms, my dear
as feelings we reveal

Gazing deeply into your eyes
with silent words, speaking
Kiss me with all that it implies
the taste we're both seeking

Caress me with words from within
as dreams we now can weave
Let passion fires burning begin
knowing we both believe

But tread softly upon my heart
when showing me you care
Teach me love is a gentle art
precious and very rare

Karen Torbiak©

Love I leave with you whether it is in your life now or yet the essense of your dreams.

Startime - love is a gentle art, precious and very rare, as you have written these words. One can only hope that the other, will also know these words...

Ys, it is too bad someone you love does not always worry about treading all over your heart. I hope you find the one that will be soft..
