It surely was not planned I never meant to fall Completely at your mercy With no control at all I never thought I'd feel this way Not after all my past Never dreamed I'd let you by The walls I'd built to last It's much too late for caution Too late to think things through I'm lost in all these feelings In constant thoughts of you Just one word is all it takes You steal my breath away A look, a glance, at last a touch I'm robbed of words to say Possessed by thirst that can't be quenched Desire that can't be slaked I could drink of you my love Forever and a day Pepper |

Pepper....another word is consumed....that and possessed go well together in this case. I have felt those feelings...Sometimes the walls just are not high or strong enough. Very well written and certainly gets the message across...Thank you for sharing this. |

Thought's come through well, you might like to adjust the meter in the last stanza because of the extra length of line you have there..just a thought  |
