It's your love that causes me to drift away.
This Muskrat love makes me go crazy on you.
So let's make love, cuz your my best friend.
In these moments, I'm amazed by you.

I swear you are the love of my life.
I feel like making love cuz
I'm walking on holy water every time
that your around.

Because you love me, only God could stop
me from loving you.
The keeper of the stars sent me to you
so you could keep me from being
a lady blue.

Your love amazes me,
and I would give everything
just to hear you say you love me.
When I close my eyes, I can feel you breath.

I will sail my vessel, because life's a dance.
We can slow dance, after sitting on the dock of the bay.
When you need me I'll be there,
cuz all's you gotta do is call.

Without you I'm blue,
and I wonder if I'm crazy for loving you,
but we'll dance under the stars over Texas.
When we are done I'll watch you while you sleep.

Then I'll drift off to dream in your arms
under wide open spaces.
It's a great day to be alive
for I have been blessed and I will
love you forever...
faithfully.

(remembering a time long ago when our dear friend Wilfred did this at a different site. Taking the title of songs and making poetry out of it.  Was having fun with this again.  and remembering....)

The challenge, how many titles can you find hidden here??

I love it when song titles are woven into a poetic love blanket. Well done, Gentle Spirit.

(smiles) Ooohhhhhhhh...I'm not sure, there must be so many titles in there, but I can only recognize some of them. This is sooooooo romantic, sweet friend, you always write such beautiful declarations of sweet love! (kiss on cheek) By the way, what's the answer? Give me a hint! (giggles) You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Donna, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

Love,

How nice of you to keep his spirit alive in Passions by taking something he loved to do and doing a beautiful poem to remind us not only of him, but of love too.  What a fantastic idea and poem, this was very well done.

Bill was a wonderful inspiration. Thanks all for your replies.  There are as best to my count 35 songs included in here.  Glad you all enjoyed.  *s*
