(This one is for anybody who has lost a loved one.)

Did it come so easily?
Because you were all I have known..
Does your heart rest peacefully?
Mines damaged, how to I dont know..
But I....
Well I know...
I hated the day when you had to go,
I didn't say all the things that I wanted to say,
and I cant take that when you're taken away.
but I feel you...
ohh I feel you near me...
I didn't say all the things that I wanted to say,
and I cant take that when you're taken away.
but I feel you...
ohh I feel you near me...

Did it come so painfully?
A lovers dance we had sown..
Why must you leave so gracefully,
I'm damaged, you're all that I've known.
But I..
Well I know....
Goddamnit why did you have to go?!?!?
I didn't say all the things that I wanted to say,
and I CANT TAKE THAT WHEN YOU'RE TAKEN AWAY
but I feel you....
ooh I feel you near me...
We cannot go back.
Can't go back.
I cant go back.
I must go on...
I must go on...(why?)
I didn't say all the things that I wanted to say.
and I cant take that when you're taken away..
but I feel you..
ohh I feel you near me.

Love is God. Love is war. Love is what your life is for.

I could feel the repetitive nature of the mind as it churns thoughts over ad over trying to grasp and reach closure.  This is an extremely realistic piece and I felt it very much.  Very well done!!

Just believe...

i cannot take full credit for this, as it contains a few song lyrics from a song with the same overall message.. just thought i could stick them in a nice little poem. The song itself is so beautiful, but yes, so sad.. like the poem.

Love is God. Love is war. Love is what your life is for.

It reads like a sad song indeed. Enjoyed!

How much of the 'song' did you use?
