Where are you when this heart is sad?
Are you not aware the feelings I give?
Where were you when all was so bad?
Listen...for within me, this heart does live!

I wake to emptiness, only memories come.
I rise to darkness, for within no light shines.
Feelings...felt, yet lost as a heart does strum.
Words of tenderness, scribed on black lines.

My diary betrays my thoughts, too well.
Deepest emotions penned, oft times lost.
Taking me through agony, into this hell.
Can you not see the emotions I’ve tossed?

Speak into my heart your most tender word.
Touch my soul within this love torn chest.
Deliver love on the soft wings of the bird,
for till then, my heart, soul, mind can’t rest.

(big hugggssssssss) So sad but beautiful, sweet friend, I always love your words so much because they portray love at so many different angles and perspectives, of both the joy and sadness of lovers! (smiles) I love this, sweet friend, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Barry, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

Love,
Noah Eaton

What can I say except this is utterly wonderful.
Outstanding writing, I love the way you've conveyed the idea of a restless spirit here.

Very well written

Magnus - sad is what you write, from a soft heart that flows outwards into your pen...

You've denoted the quality of "lonely" very well...something we all feel, now and then...
