the ghost of love stood at my back beckoning beckoning, "fall into me..." i turned to accept him to embrace his warmth only a second too late and he vanished... leaving me in a lonely space where the cold rushed in slinking around my feet up my legs my back settling on the back of my neck-- how could i shake it... remembering now the ghost of love having whispered in my ear encircled me in near ecstacy i could feel love but it never touched me... i know you were there it could only have been you your soul having left you only momentarily to meet with mine... i wonder-- did our souls touch... -dgvarner 1-2-02 (a remembering..  )~dgvarner/fallen rain~ |

souls that touch never part sweets. And souls are not constrained by time like us, a moment could be an eternity, so I imagine there was a lot of touching going on. I have a really good imagination, believe me.  Oh, and I really loved this write. Parker |
