There are the memories my mind does pursue
of the touch, and remembrance of you
Regardless of time, or distance away
I still hear the words you used to say

Like pulling a book with pages of yellow
old with time, but the words still mellow
Or is because of the time that is past
of when we were young, and love would last

Your fault, my fault, no fault at all
the paths did split, and all did fall
But in my mind, you linger still
and in my heart, you always will

Or was it determined that the time wasn’t right
and the future would bring once more in sight
Bringing the chance once more again
to make us more, than just good friends

For in the twilight of the night
you still come unbidden into my light
For a part of me, you will always be
down into time, into eternity

Loved this one, Logan.  I don't think we ever truly let go of love, even when its time has passed.  Much wisdom here.  Smile.

Yep, yep, yep...if we ever forget we loose something beautiful, no matter the end...just like life, when its gone and you know it no longer...you've lost something beautiful; but love we can remember as long as we live...so choose to never forget.

Good write my friend.

Amazing that what could have been, might still be, if and when...

I hope someday, you have that chance...

time will turn ... in sway of begin.

Logan...your words are the wisdom sticks on the fire.

It will arise in perfect light.

Some memories are etched forever~
This reminds me of one of them that lays within my heart~

I love this, Logan! *S*

Your fault, my fault, no fault at all
the paths did split, and all did fall
But in my mind, you linger still
and in my heart, you always will

I add a whispered "Amen"... *S*

One could say this is deceptively beautiful, but then, one would have no heart, for in order to feel this piece, one needs to believe...

and my best friend is Tinkerbell...
