I can't even begin to put into words how this poem affects me. But it will be in my library, to read again and agin. JM, this is the most stunningly beautiful 'remembering' poetry I've ever read.

pen in hand wrought with regret ... muted muse unable to forget.
Fragments of verse written in vain ... shadowed by sorrow's refrain,
a poet cursed in aching abstain ... the words fail but the need remains."
