Soft, sweet kisses sent
on the wings of love.
Warm hugs delivered
by angels above.
Words of love, in rhyme,
of dreams unfulfilled.
Eyes shining brightly
with tears unspilled.
When the countdown comes
spare a thought for me,

PdV, the countdown to the new year is a time I think of loved friends I miss.

Susan, this friend isn't too far away and I did get to chat to him for a while last night.

Yes he does think of me and I of him. We are good friends and keep in touch when we can.
My new year is going wonderful. My first grandchild arrived on the weekend. A little boy.
