Natures Royalty

They stand erect as Kings.
With fingers of jewel encrusted rings.
And golden crowns on their heads,
As outwards their arms they spread.
Their rubies and emeralds shimmer,
And as cool winds blow they glimmer.
Reaching upwards towards the sky,
Their beauty you cannot deny.
Regal in splendor they stand,
Like royalty on their own land.
With each season they change their attire,
The beauty of nature they inspire.
Observe as they move with the breeze,
Majestic glorious trees.

*sigh* I live on the prairies where trees are few and far between but I remember well the majestic beauty of them on the west coast and down east. *sigh* I so miss such royal beauty. Magnificent poem. I love it. **hugs**

Love I leave with you whether it is in your life now or yet the essense of your dreams.

(smiles) Oh my gosh, this is soooooo beautiful, sweet friend, this vision made me think of spring and seeing the daffodils and magnolias dance in the meadowbed! (kiss on cheek) This is a true gem, sweet friend, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Floria, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

My work took me through a canyon the other day, where the trees were frosted and laden with snow.  I thought it was the most beautiful sight I could ever imagine, until we came across a thatch of Dogwood, with their vivid reds just glowing against the white back drop.  This is such a wonderful tribute to Mother Nature...I am sure she is pleased!

amusemi, everyone that knows me teases me. I get asked what I want for mothers day. I say a tree. Last mothers day I got a washington hawthorn. Then I went and bought a huge crimson maple. I just cant get enough of trees. They are so beautiful. Thanks for your comments, Your trip sounds lovely. floria
