A State of Disarray

My head is splitting
Oh how it hurts
My chest is pounding
Inside my shirt

The feet are aching
And up on the couch
My back is just tweeking
I am such a grouch

Sorry!!!  Bad poem day!

/The tension is mounting
I cannot fall asleep
I'm having trouble coping
Am I in too deep?/

The first stanza definitely captures a hypochondriac.  I should know, I am one from time to time.  The second stanza, I am not to sure about.  I think you should keep going with this one, I like the topic.

I'm aching all over
but can't pin pain down
I'm beginning to stammer
and keep falling down

my fingers are tingling
and I'm numb to the core
and there's a loud ringing
that's not from my door

I'll call up the doctor
he 'd better come quick
Oh Doctor, my doctor
I'm feeling so sick

My head is splitting
         Oh how it hurts
         My chest is pounding
         Inside my shirt

         The feet are aching
         And up on the couch
         My back is just tweeking
         I am such a grouch

Sorry about the addition, You inspired me to do this. It's all your fault! and I have a headache!

Keth

Here in the midst of my lonely abyss, a single joy I find...your presence in my mind.  Unknown
