May that of we, us one or few;
Release a thought that blooms as new
And with a passion watch that seed;
Fulfil ones want and quest of need

May words as rhythm in a song,
Bring thoughts to bear and dreams to long
May passages of hidden peace,
Find way of path and hearts release

May words as marriage join as one,
Release ones load that weighs a ton
Let us, companions, your life share,
And in your heart be ever there

Rick, this one deserves some kind of award! I just loved it! Beyond a great write, My Friend...much talent here.

G day Kethry, nice to hear from a fellow Aussie, it's a great place to share some thoughts and find friends that enjoy the same thing. Thanks for your reply, I hope to share many more writes with you. I hope you enjoy the New year, I am off to Tookarook, which is inbetween Rye and Rosebud for a couple of weeks, hope you have a nice break yourself.

Dear Saunni, thanks for you wonderful reply, it is always nice to get some words of encouragement, I hope you have a great New Year with many joys and writes to share.

To you both, thanks heaps, have great time, I will catch up soon.

Sincerely Rick

Rick, this is a geal gem. I especially liked this:

"May passages of hidden peace,
Find way of path and hearts release"

Have a wonderful safe exit from 2001, and please continue to spread these loving thoughts throughout 2002 and beyond.

May the ripple of LOVE
become the wave of PEACE

Hello Rick

This was a stunning piece of writing which I am sure that every poet can relate to.  Our words and feelings sometimes can become a burden that we need to offload and what better place to do that than here on these pages of powder blue.  I so enjoy everything I read of yours.

Take care......Sue
