Rewrite Repost:

         I love you too

She processes the mundane day.
Into priorities.
Shifting slots into care and not,
Into categories.

It is a calibration planned,
A regimentation.
Placing items is a time slot,
For consideration.

It is a good plan and it works,
Doing things concisely.
The day flies by in ordered form,
Wrapped and done precisely.

But I am not a memo slip,
To place within a file.
The kiss the peck the hello dear,
Has lost its loving style.

I'll post this on her memos main
Be wary of the processed brain.

I need to make a list of all the things I have to do
I'll start with the reminder to send a winkie to you.
I'll put in my planner to send you a winkie each day
I'll mark it on my calendar for when my memory might sway.

I'll put up those posty notes that remind with colors bright...
that way I wont forget to send you a winkie every night.
I'll tie a string around my finger to keep me on my toes...
tomorrow I'll send you a winkie winkie with a rose.

I dont need all these things to remind me of you.
Its just something we winkie list makers do.

(smiles) So wonderfully expressed, dearest friend, your words are always so creatively expressed! I believe I understand this too! (big hugggssssss) You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Seymour, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

when making up your list
shifting each to divide and prioritize
remember I’m not a little thing
I should be the greatest in size
when you write my name
don’t bother penciling me in
for if I’m not the ink of your heart
the tattoo of me fades and erases again

Processed brains always did scare the hell outta me, sy!

I adore this one--must have missed it the first time--I too understand the feeling of being "penciled in" to someone's daily agenda. This one, my friend, is a "sy" classic!

*sigh* there is nothing like a person who has to plan love into their lives. Love should just be allowed to happen..that way the fires of passion will always burn hot. Very well said. **hugs**

Love I leave with you whether it is in your life now or yet the essense of your dreams.

Sy - Great poem.  As for pencilling in love, when I was unattached and looking to be attached, I still penciled in love - the list was very short:

1.  Get some love
2.  Get some more love
3.  kick a kitty
4.  Get some love....

In grant the daily aptitude
makes us all a little rude
where has all the wooing gone?
far and away, the flower's song...
