How slowly time passes
for those of us searching for love
It's like we're watching the grass grow
or waiting for the paint to dry

For those of us who grieve
time becomes a burden
as it moves at a snail's pace
as if punishing us
for the most heinous of crimes
Grief weighs us down
like a ball and chain
- it shows no mercy
It crushes our soul
and causes irrepairable
damage to our heart

But for those of us in love .............

How quickly time flies
as we revel in the
sheer joy of love
There are never enough
hours in the day or
enough days in the year
to spend with those we love
How easily love consumes us
and captivates our heart and soul

For those of us lucky enough
to find true love
time becomes eternity

(smiles) Sooooooo beautiful, sweet friend, I too can relate to these feelings so well too, only my situation is I've found love, but I can't reach her, because me and my dream girl live far apart. (sigh) Time can be so cruel sometimes, but it is worth it in the long run when love fills our hearts with its joy! (kiss on cheek) You are sooooooo romantic, sweet friend, I'm so happy to see you're in love, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Sue, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

Love,

Sue, that was a wonderful poem.  You saved love for last.  You have such an abundance of it to share with the world. And share you do.
Thank You and God Bless You this Christmas. Your good friend, roger

Sue, I think the only certainty in life is that time will indeed pass, take care!
