Morning Kiss
Angelic whispers softly spoken
My heart pleasantly adrift
Your gentle voice wakes me
My eyes imagining you here
I see your smile
Your eyes gaze into mine
A sweet kiss placed on my lips
Your hair whisps in the breeze from the window
Tickling my face ever so lightly
My body heavy with desire
My mind filled with dreams
I embrace your image slowly
Feeling your inner warmth surface
Kissing you again my arms squeeze air
Your physical no longer here
Your smile instilled in my mind
My eyes searching for remnants
Of the morning kiss' ghost
I feel you embrace me once more
My lips still alive from the touch
I lay still for a while
Smiling at your love
Willing to lose myself once more
In your delicate
Morning Kiss.

Alone in the dark, through my thoughts comfort I do seek, through my words I find peace.

Terry,

*sighs* Wouldn't you just like to stay in dreamland all day sometimes? A sweet poem about a lady lucky enough to be on your mind (is there something you're not telling me ) Well done

Hugs,
Tara

Lovely poem. A morning kiss can put a smile on a face that lasts the whole day long.

If she who dies with the most toys wins, then can I have some toy boys please?

Very romantic feelings expressed here. Dream-like quality floats off the screen. Nicely done. Cheryl
