I just love those little smilies
I use them everywhere
I must use a bazillion
With thousands left for spare

And graphics, oh my yes!
The artwork I love to display
It sets off my work most wonderfully
I use a ton a day!!

And music is my favorite
You can sing along while you read
No matter what the tune is,
It fits my artistic need!

What’s this you say? They interfere?
With the loading of your page?
My tunes, my smilies, my graphics?
But they are all the rage?

You’re telling me that some won’t read
If they can’t open my poetry
And so I must choose right now
Is it the graphics or is it me?

We’ll set a limit of 5 little smilies
Those guys are all the rage!
Link only to the music and
Minimal graphics on your page!

I guess that I can do this,
I want Passions as the place
To read and write my poetry
To put a smile on every face!

A few smilies won't interfere much! If you're happy and you know then don't hesitate to show it!! As long as ya stay under 5 graphics. hehehe

(smiles) Soooooooo wonderfully written, sweet friend, I love it!!! (smiles) I agree with you too; I have been guilty of using many smilies in my comments, and will promise to tone them down to 5! (big hugggsssss) Your words always shine with originality and smiles, I love them all! (kiss on cheek) We all love you so much, sweet friend, I'm with you! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet friend, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

Love,

I dont need a smiley face to give your poems appeal.
If you write well the things you say will tell me how you feel.
I see the words you write out loud, like visions in my head.
Don't need to see a dancing bear to feel the things you've said.

I understand the feelings about the graphics that you post.
But little dancing smiley men aren't what I like the most.
Its the feeling that you've shared a moment through your eyes.
Its all the emotions you have that keep me coming back you guys.

Remember me with a smile on your face, or please don't remember me at all.

Poet DeVine...this is SO cute!!!!!
I just love these little guys also.

I've figured out how to use the smilies and the insertable images, but I still can't figure out how people get those beautiful pictures into their poems.

I loved your poem.

Poet deVine,
Thanks, otherwise I think I'd have missed Ron's thread. Clever poem. Won't miss the music and I like the smilies only in responses.

lol @ Noah...yea, buddy you're the guitiest of the guilty.  (Though I really like that particular tree, reminds me of Dr. Seuss)
I'd previously read Ron's post, so knew this would be funny.  I've used a smilie...once.  Should I care to use them in the future, think I could get credit for all the times I haven't used them?

A very cute write, Ms.Sharon
From a real neat idea of Mr.Ron
I sure don't want this site to crash;
With all these smilies trying to splash;
Setting the limit to a certain number
Is what I should try hard to remember...

Oh..I'm in love with those smilies...but,I guess I can do it....
