    “TAKES TWO – TO DANCE”
                        by

I hear music, and it stirs my mind,
makes me want to dance, this night…
But alas, not one will say yes,
that I can hold, in the candlelight…

Drums beat a melody, guitars play,
rhythm drowns the atmosphere…
My body sways, emotions crest,
knowing that soon, she will appear…

Then a yes said, for she is here,
taking my hand, softly into hers…
Together caressed, tightly as one,
warmth like this, my being alters…

We move slowly together, in harmony,
passions stir, and we take a chance…
Romance and pleasure, we have found,
no words spoken, it takes two – to dance…

*sigh* the soft sway of your words takes one in the dance. How incredibly beautiful this poem is. Your words show clearly the tenderness of the heart you have. Yes, it does take two..to dance. **hugs**

Love I leave with you whether it is in your life now or yet the essense of your dreams.

Bill darling boy this is truly fabulous, I know you are a master of your art but this is outstandingly good. Normally your writing is wonderful this is even better than normal.
Absolutely Fantastic
I'd ask you if you Tango but I'd bet you prefer the Rumba   (I can do a really good Tango)

Well Sir,

It would be my pleasure to take your hand
to dance with you on the tunes of the band
and as I'm about the same age as you
I think we could make a swirl or two

Startime - hugs to you also, and my pleasure to read your reply. Thank you...

1slick_lady - words that you say are so very kind, I thank you...

Marsha - I blush with your kindness to write the words that you have about this writing... As a matter of fact, give me the blues to dance to, a slow one, to hold one close...

Interloper - I thank you for coming by for a read...

RosePetal - you are very sweet to say what you did about the new photo. And I will ask you, for this dance...

Enchantress - and you shall have that dance. Glad that you like the new photo...

Mistletoe Angel - my friend, I hope that you are well, and with a smile on your face. I love to dance, and with that someone special...

Titia - and it would be my pleasure to ask you for a dance, and I'm sure that we would swirl...

Yes, please use it on your website. Do you need to have me do anything to post it???

Magnus - and I thank you for your warm reply...
