To say I’ll do or go where you will go,
Is just my love’s desire to be near you,
For by your side I am happy you know,
And will attempt to do what you will do.

It was a warm day in mid December,
When you arrived smiling with your ice skates,
Telling me it’d be a day to remember;
So I’m skating sliding to my ice fate.

She is beauty in her graceful motion,
Circles and spins around me standing there,
Seem down is the easiest direction,
But she helps me back up with patient care.

She glides so easy in her pinks and red,
Next time can I wrestle lions instead?

Bill

Leslie
More times than I cared to, what’s really hard is to see the small children laughing.

Peaches,
Yes, nice to have someone there that wasn’t laughing, or at least not when I could see her

Even if you did land on your butt a lot it sounds like you had a wonderful time with the one your heart desires. I loved reading this poem. It shows the smile in your heart wrapped in ribbons of love. **hugs**

Love I leave with you whether it is in your life now or yet the essense of your dreams.

Startime,
More than a few, if the ice wasn’t so cold as well as hard, I might have just sat there and watched.  It’s easy to have a smile when someone gives you one so readily.

Seymour,
I did enjoy all but the falls, got a skinned knee and a sore back(side), glad you enjoyed my writing of it.  Next time I’ll just watch

I'm happy you have discovered your true love, even though your butt was temporarily at the expense (giggles).
