I guess I goofed up but it sounds to good to change. So Webster look the other way for this human likes this word here. (Word I used in the poem “The Piano”.) Virginality: The newness attributed to an open mind creating virgin thoughts. Creating from a new perspective. Yes, I like it and thank you Don for bringing it to my attention. Oh Webster I screwed up I used a word in one of my poems That does not exist in reality But it is so pure is its meaning That surely there must be room To explore it in your pages For it evolves in an open mind Creating virgin thoughts A new perspective that is so fresh As to fly free in the winds of time Unhindered by previous meanings It is creativity in its purest form For it is the beginning of thought On the subject presented For inspection into our minds It is for the World to ponder In the space of our explorations For the meaning of something around us Virginality How refreshing a thought As to bring a waterfall into my paradise To cleanse me naked And renew myself In the sanctity that something new Came survive and grow in thought Yes Virginality The purest way a poet can see things To the inner most feelings of such a love That the virginality of your fantasies will blossom In the Spring of your life Contributing words that float the sky Seeking the beholder that lays claim To the words In their hearts And the virginality of their souls Feeling life’s pleasures D.Lester Young (12/16/01) Tuscaloosa, AL Copyright © D.Lester Young (White Eagle poetry) |

 BRAVO!!! Oh, I love it!!! How wonderful and great it is to always create new inspirations and ideas with the beauty of word, virginal in glory! I think it's a beautiful word Fresh, open, new beginning, pure, are words popping into my head when I read virginality I think I keep it in my vocabularity Titia A rose is a rose is a rose...I guess... |
