I think that we all desreve respect, now that doesn't mean that if you hurt me for no apparent reason that I won't hunt you down like a dog......haha Actually, knowing me I would sit and try to write a poem that would make me feel better. I agree with you wholeheartedly. It is so wonderful to read all the great poetry on this site, and to get to know the writers a little too. You put it very well here Kacy, and very timely too. I hope you and your daughter are having a wonderful holiday season as well. (you must be one of the first stops for Santa, being so near the North Pole. Peaches, so nice to see you. Thank you for reading, as this is such an important issue, one that should not even have to be mentioned. It is obvious to the majority of poets. faterider, actually, it wasn't in response to that, since I never read it until you mentioned The Alley, which I've only visited once before. LOL, I don't get around the different pages that much. But it was written after reading the offensive poem thread, one I hadn't even read until I saw the lock. Thank you for the reply. I sure hope ME keeps reading and posting, as she is a wonderful part of this site. |
